We EmpowHer is a year-round program committed to empowering women and children to utilize the resources and support offered to them throughout the community, creating a positive change in their life. Trauma, addiction, domestic violence, and poverty are met with hope, support, awareness, and education.
We are looking for bright, experienced volunteers to join our fundraising team as a Grant Writer. In addition to researching and writing grant proposals on behalf of the Women's Empowerment Series you will be in charge of maintaining a grants calendar to monitor the application process and keep track of various deadlines. You should feel comfortable reaching out to institutional and potential donors, as well as communicating with company leaders regarding their financial needs.
