We are looking for volunteers for our Hospice patients across Southeast Wisconsin. Hospice volunteers can offer companionship to our patients by offering friendly conversation and company, assisting with craft activities, sitting with patients at bedside, and more. Schedule and territory are flexible- we work with our volunteers and patients to determine best availability for both parties.
Qualifications:
Background Check (completed by Preceptor)
Urinalysis Drug Screen (completed by Preceptor)
Clean Driving Record and License
Preceptor follows CDC’s recommended guidelines related to Covid-19 precautions. Proof of vaccination or religious exemption form approved by Preceptor required- in addition to compliance related to Preceptor’s PPE and testing policies.
