Preceptor Home Health and Hospice is dedicated to providing patients with care wherever they consider home. Hospice is a special way of caring for people who have a terminal illness.
What We Do
At Preceptor, we provide support to the mind, body and spirit of patients and their families. Our volunteers help to empower our patients and their families through each stage of their journey. All of our staff and volunteers are committed to providing the highest quality of care in the comfort of each patients home, wherever home may be.
