As a volunteer Companion/Patient Care Assistant you will have the opportunity to provide companionship, emotional support and practical assistance to patients with terminal illnesses. The Companion PCA will also maintain client confidentiality, a safe environment, and a strict adherence to client’s rights. Hometown delivers services to residential homes, apartments, assisted living facilities and nursing homes; this position helps to extend our resources to better assist and direct the needs of our clients and their families.
