Description of This Service:
The assigned volunteer is responsible for scheduling home visits, home visits, tracking progress, filing, updating participant files and planning activities. The volunteer’s schedule is flexible and determined by the hours they want or are able to work each week.
Responsibilities:
- Making phone calls to care givers and participants
- Scheduling home visits and recording them in participant file
- Home visits; playing music for participants and doing an activity if they are able and willing
- Filling out documentation form
- Communicate with Music & Memory Coordinator
Volunteer Qualifications:
- Administrative experience
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Communication skills-verbal
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problems solving skills
