Join our team of Customer Service volunteers who greet, inform, and provide cheerful service to our customers.
Store Hours
Wed-Fri: 10:00-4:00; Sat 9:00-2:00. Volunteers are asked to commit to working two shifts a month on average. Supervision Works under the direction of the Store Manager, or an Experienced Volunteer. Volunteer Qualities Needed Commit to becoming familiar with fair trade Excellent people and customer service skills Self-motivated and team player Accurate with basic math and money Basic computer skills Responsible, reliable, and punctual Adhere to dress code & policies Usual Duties Greet and talk with customers Transact sales using a computer Help process products to prepare for the sales floor Help maintain stock and straighten displays Vacuum, dust, and organize Training Volunteers are required to attend an orientation session and a computer training session.
